Cathartic coaching questions are those that allow us to express and unblock emotions so that we can move forward. The most obvious one is: How are you feeling? This can sometimes be hard to answer as itโ€™s so bored. Alternatives: What is giving you energy? What is draining you of energy? Any others?

I love these questions @bradq Thanks for sharing them. :) Iโ€™ve been thinking about this question today & I think you might like it: What do you have to face about yourself to move forward? And guess who came up with my handle!?! @chriscocreated

Ah, but yeah now you want me to do hard work and look inward! I thought we were just going to do easy stuff like what questions we need to ask others! ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Ha ha, yeah, sorry about that. But I do find that my questions are limited by the work I havenโ€™t done on myself. And there always seems to be more to do! Thatโ€™s partly why, as a tech laggard, I have brought myself to this new tech frontier. New context, new learning. Itโ€™s not easy as I donโ€™t yet speak the lingo
