The amount of people I’ve asked if they’ve used a mirror to inspect their vulva (labia minora / majora), and other parts of their genitalia as a way to get to know their bodies is low, and I usually get met with a “oh I wouldn’t want to do that,” which explains a lot about many people in this culture. really wish we could discover ourselves more via each other, like "hey, i love you and want to get to know you - do you want to get to know yourself with me?"

Exactly! It’s so important. Not just like sexual health, but knowing and being grateful for the body that you have. It’s strong where it can be!
