It’s been such a release and relief, and I’ve actually recommended it to a couple friends who have been in therapy for years with absolutely no progress. Neither of them have tried it yet, but neither of them have used AI for anything so I think it will be a process.
I know there’s other people on the other side of this coin saying that they can’t talk to a robot/computer, but to be honest I find it substantially easier.
And the best part is, I have been candidly honest, I don’t ever have to look at someone’s eyes when I say something I’ve thought said or done. I don’t have to think about being judged or not, feels more real since I don’t hold back.
It will also write you a poem, a mantra, create a reminder, list of how and why you feel that way, what we’ve already sorted through. The breadth and depth of the conversation is bottomless. Something a friend North Therapist would ever be able to offer.
