One of the ticks didn’t work. Maybe I misunderstood it, I’m fed up of promoting random stuff.
Feels like casting away a little bit of your online soul when you’re required to, and agree to post one of those promotions casts.

These months I definitely agree with this POV.

If I find something neat about your app/tool/site/whatever, I will share it and cast about it freely and repeatedly. But forcing follows, shares, whatever... it's just annoying in the extreme now.

I think last year this stuff hit a pinnacle, and my feed definitely suffered as a result. I'd love to see a continued return to "normal" casts being in the majority of my feed.

Totally agree though. We should share what we believe in, and not be enticed to spam stuff by devs/publishers. Evangelizing is amazing, but it should be organic and not forced.
