Today we visited the gardens at Houghton Hall and it was definitely my favorite garden so far We finished the day with tea and a scone with clotted cream & jam (first time trying clotted cream, it was good!) Only 2 more days in England and I’m not ready to go home! It’s so lovely here 🤍

Clotted cream for the win! (It’s simmered/heated cream to reduce the moisture content)

In the US a scone is called a biscuit 🤷‍♂️ 🤣 Lack of tea 🫖 Jam is called jelly ‘Biscuits with jelly and clotted cream’ doesn’t have the same ring to it. What do you reckon clotted cream would be called in America? Biscuit cream? Clotted ectoplasm? 🤣🇺🇸

Eww 😂😂 lol we have scones & jam too. Scones are sweet, biscuits are savory. Jam is thicker than jelly, more fruity. Pulling a cord to turn on the water to the shower is odd.. And a sweater is called a jumper, what’s up with that lol
