We have been working with e-commerce in Brazil since 2012, and we can operate in several sales channels, such as Nuvem Shop, Shopify, Wix, Shopee. We have learned how to accept payments with cryptocurrencies and we can use several onchain tools for this. Our infrastructure has already been tested and is working and ready to expand with the support of Flows.
International Shipping Strategy
We can use integrated shipping options from marketplaces such as Shopify and Shopee, or ship directly via UPS, FedEx and other carriers, always prioritizing the lowest shipping cost for customers.
Validation of the $20 price point
The $20 price point is the average we have already applied locally in Brazil. It is an affordable and fair price that allows anyone to have a t-shirt, a cap or even a pair of Noggles at a popular and fair price that everyone can buy, not just people who have money like some products I see on web3. We plan to capture new customers through Web3 networks such as Farcaster, Hive, SkateHive, Zora and some channels on conventional networks such as X (Twitter) or TikTok. Our strategy leverages our active presence in these communities and our established partnerships with Gnars, NounsDAO, FLOWS, Skatehive, Hive and Pizza Dao.
Sales Mix Projection
