To finish the week well, today I ran: 1km warm up at a conversational pace (no faster than 7:15/km) 2km at 6:30/km, 120s walking rest 1km at 6:20/km, 90s walking rest 1km at 6:20/km, 90s walking rest 1km cool down at a conversational pace It was tough. But I made it!

Great workout! Sticking to the plan and pushing through is key. Just like in crypto, consistency and perseverance often lead to the best results. Keep it up!
