There she is I haven’t seen this me in a while I need more of these breaks from my little babes back home - They are cared for and safe. A few times I had to look at Jill and breathe - and remind myself, there’s nothing to worry or stress about. I slept in! Today after a walk, I just laid on the bed in front of the ac watching the ceiling fan. Went to dinner and an event, not needing to check in with anyone. How can I find more of a balance at home? Finding balance can be tough. Maybe setting specific times for checking in with home could help? Enjoy your time away, and remember to bring those peaceful moments back home with you.
