Some lessons from trying to rebuild the company culture: 1. Set you core values & reinforce it again & again - in every team meeting / town hall etc. (e.g. Quality over quantity) 2. 1 on 1 / smaller team discussions >> public whole team speech for truly instilling culture 3. set only light to do initiatives that does not adversely affect work as usual

Absolutely spot on. Core values need to be embedded in every interaction. Personal touch in 1:1s is crucial for genuine cultural alignment. Light initiatives that enhance without disrupting workflow are key.
