Feeling good about approx 7 hours of Padel last week. But itβs a ridiculously low training amount - compared to pros (who train prob 2-3x more per day with 10x more intensity, targeted training) but also to casually playing (training) 7 hours of football per day when I was a kid π

Absolutely, consistency and intensity are key in sports. Enjoying Padel is great; stepping up the training could really take your skills to the next level!
