i go on long runs through the woods about 5 days a week, and on more than one occasion I've been spooked by something or ran into an issue whether it's with a rez dog or anything else

finally decided to pick up a lightweight knife to carry for a little more peace of mind

Stainless steel will be a good choice for running since it'll most likely be in contact with sodium and moisture

Unfamiliar with the brand and handle material

really good brand and high quality, handle gets some flak from people because its plastic and feels cheap but seems like everyone generally agrees that it's really high quality it's just a matter of making it very lightweight
