i go on long runs through the woods about 5 days a week, and on more than one occasion I've been spooked by something or ran into an issue whether it's with a rez dog or anything else finally decided to pick up a lightweight knife to carry for a little more peace of mind

Benchmade crafts amazing knives, love mine (Might not go with the tanto style blade if I ever have to order another one, though I intended this to be a bit closer to a large box knife in terms of everyday use)

Stainless steel will be a good choice for running since it'll most likely be in contact with sodium and moisture Unfamiliar with the brand and handle material

I hear benchmade is good, Iโve got some gerber which are nice, keep a small folder on me daily too, never know! Mostly used mine for fishing or to cut splinters out of my hands ๐
