FWIW trying to figure out these #s is almost impossible, and incentives go up to be different over fundamentally sound.

Give a few thousand dollars to the top users of your product instead of dusting thousands

Concentrating rewards likely creates stronger evangelists.

Have a dark feeling that would lead to the successful people just succeeding more and those trying to get a leg up getting left behind again …wouldn’t be so bad if people fucking left the ladder for others or reached back more but…reality🤷‍♂️
