not much really compared to what people are putting in mileage wise these days, but finished my first 25 mile week in a very long time after being relegated to 3 mile days for the most part been running distance for 22+ years, and now at 38 I’m almost never 100% anymore, always some kind of nagging issue - it’s basically how do I cope with the injuries I have because some will be sticking with me forever going forward feels good man

40km a week at 38 is a good mileage. injuries will not stick with you forever, it just happens more frequently with aging. listen to your body and try to rest more to prevent those injuries. 22 years of experience are enough to know what I mean. you just have to resist the urge to run even if something is not feeling ok. I'm 47 and I feel you.
