I don't think it's a conspiracy theory saying that they're trying to save on compute - that's the LLM equivalent of not listening to a boring person and just replying "yeah you're right" to everything. Saves cognitive load

The other issue that bugs the crap out of me is the use of all-or-none qualifiers. "Yes, that's it EXACTLY."
