Massive s/o to Manuel the founder of OpenCloning for saving my week. I messaged him about some troubles creating a crispr lib and within 5 mins we were on a call and he was walking me through the free open platform he’s built for rapidly building/testing different clones in silico. It’s super helpful and free to use!
