baby sitting 500k impatient degens for 3+ years has taught me a few things about community support 🤡 1. intercom > discord for tickets 2. train support team to use tools such as Debank etc. 3. first time FUD? give benefit of doubt + feedback 4. repeat FUDers = ban (after warnings) 5. don’t know ETA ? Just be honest + set follow-up transparency + respect + patience = only way to survive chants of wen token 🫠
