Low back was feeling sore yesterday, so I used heat pad. Today did some deadlifts, 30 rep goal, did 3 x 10 feeling decently good. 74lb DB row x 19 Leg Raises to the upper bar 3 x 10 Tri Pushdowns 65lb x 12, 12, 11, 8 Thought about doing some leverage squats, but I capped it for the day.
