My lifting time has been shit for 2 months now, 4x/wk schedule of 3pm gym gone due to work constraints. Been going 2x/wk to lift, still playing tennis 7+ hours a week. What is illogical to me, I put up a 5x pr on incline bench Sunday. The 2x I'm in the gym I'm spending more time there, plus more rest?

Yeah, more rest, maybe more food too? Almost annoying when you do less and see a positive result like that 🙃
