I spent two years building tools to fund public goods. This was my dream feature, and I wanted to enable it on Twitter. People talk about supporting builders and open-source projects a lot, but the support remains limited to Twitter. No one cares enough to visit a website and tip the project. Because no one has enough time. If this scales, it would be a game-changer.

Twitter has been very non-content creator friendly, I got my blue check taken away for 30 days (for saying that isn’t a free speech app) and they took away my small $20/month payout, when I got my blue check back, I was clearly shadowbanned and de-ranked They have extremely expensive API and blue checks, but they do not offer much to their creators at all, even though they seem like they do
