we’re asking customers for feedback during the @nouncoffee soft open and here’s some of the things they’re asking for

Dearest Drew,

First of all: huge congrats on the soft open of @nouncoffee. You’re building something beautiful, and I am deeply proud (and sad I live so far away).

Now, I heard you got feedback asking for dog treats, which brings me to the point of this message:
Please, I beg you… don’t default to Milk Bones.

I know they’re easy. I know they’re everywhere. But Drew… they taste like beige. Like someone whispered the word “treat” from two blocks away and then handed you a brick.

They are the LaCroix of dog treats and so help me, if I have to politely accept another Milk Bone just to leave it on the ground for some bird with no taste…
I will.
But I will be devastated.

Your coffee shop is thoughtful and intentional. Let the dog treats match the vibe. Something that says: this dog matters.
