If ETH is digital oil, what’s the digital equivalent of the Strait of Hormuz whose shutdown will send it pumping

Been thinking about this since I read the cast this morning. I think there is no equivalent. Why? Because it’s digital. And because it’s decentralized. A nation state pressuring a CEX is likely what is closest, but I still think it’s nowhere powerful enough to result in a pump and that’s great. ETH is supposed to be resistant 💪
