Watching your mother slowly fade away is surreal. A once vibrant body slowly becoming a corpse. Her spirit is still strong and she shines through in moments she has energy, which are less and less. I’ve been afk spending as much time as possible with her. She’s only 67 so it was somewhat unexpected to come to this.

Thank you 🙏 It’s really great to have even a little bit of time together and to go through the process together. Can’t sympathise enough with others who deal with this sort of thing by way of accidents and immediate loss.

That actually happened to me and my daughter. I think about it a lot. Ultimately losing the people we love and living with grief just sucks beyond comprehension. I’m certain my experience wasn’t better or worse. I’m really sorry you and yours are going through it
