I instruct my patient to floss every day, but some days I don't.

oh I floss everyday, tongue scrapper too. I also tried the oil pulling for sometime but I discontinued it because it was not very practical. What do you think of it Natt?

I get it. Let's start with your healthy gum and teeth. Two of them will be destroyed as a result of improper brushing technique and a lack of flossing. These things allow bacteria to expand. So proper brushing and flossing is sufficient. *Tongue scraping is necessary, however I use my toothbrush. Oil pulling is a complement, and with a daily practice, we can already maintain proper dental hygiene.
