Ever feel like you’re not good enough, even when you’re seeing results? That’s imposter syndrome, and we all go through it at some point. I’ve felt it, especially lately as I’ve been building something of my own. How do you handle it when it shows up? Personally, I try to remind myself of what I’ve already accomplished and how much more I want to do. Let’s use the topic of the day to talk about ways you can push past self doubt and deal with imposter syndrome.

It’s tough to shake that feeling, even when I know I’ve accomplished things that matter. I try to remind myself of the milestones I’ve hit—at work, in personal relationships, or just making it through tough situations—but that doubt still sneaks up. Sometimes, I just sit with the doubt, let it pass, and tell myself that it’s okay to not have all the answers yet.
