I loved Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory when it came out, but they kind of lost me with Meteora (despite that album being an enormous success). As a result I never really listened to their later material. Decided to work my way through some of their lesser-known albums after hearing (& enjoying) some tracks from From Zero (their recent release, sadly w/o the departed Chester Benington). It's too bad I didn't give it a chance back in the day, because it's good stuff! https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_kPsazqEYacXFUQODbeYc2ZL6dMvEfHz-4&si=hPNzVX32iHTFqmwX

I looove everything LP, including the less popular albums and From Zero! Chester was the GOAT, but Emily is great as well! I would recommend checking out Mike's solo album Post Traumatic, which was mostly about dealing with Chester's loss.

Great choice! I would say hybrid theory is overall better than meteora tbh, though meteora has higher highs, it's less consistent

Will never forget being 11 years old playing the XGames PS2 demo with @bobburnquist and hearing “A Place For My Head” I ended up buying Hybrid Theory as my first ever CD that I bought with my own money and listened & screamed in my room non-stop
