I hit 7 reps on 120kg and dropped the weight. I knew i could go more, couple reasons why i probably didnāt go for 8; 1. I was thinking of my next heavier sets, started from 60k for 10 reps and went 10 reps for each until i got to 120kg. 2. This dude on my right just sitting and looking at me, i swear i could feel his eyes like he wanted the weight to fall.𤣠3. Didnāt call for a spotter earlier just incase. 4. I am a disgrace. š«© 5. Didnāt put in much drive on my legs.
