I have recently fallen in love with Muji Gel Ink Cap Type Ballpoint Pens (0.5mm). They were a challenge at first because I just don't naturally push down hard on a pen when I write but when I started pressing harder it works great and then also seems to prime the pen for a lighter touch.

Can I ask what you were using prior? And on top of that, what are your feelings toward the zebra f301 or f402?

zebra f701 was my daily driver in design school. just bic nowadays

I haven't tried the zebra's but they look nice as hell. 

Its hard to get stuff in Honduras, so when I was in Denver earlier this year I bought a bunch of standard stationary supplies (Lecuchtturms, Muji pens)

Yeah those are honestly some of the best pens.  They are actually too good for my handwriting because since I’m a lazy writer my pen often drags which turns the v5 into a sloppy pen for me
