Is miniapp data decentralized/open? Like is there a way to pull a list of miniapps by opens/adds/transactions/etc (all the data in the miniapp dashboard, except not just for my own miniapps)?

I think to some degree, but I think basic usage stats should be public for a quasi-decentralized protocol, for things like tracking top apps in different categories or recently trending or other mini app analytics, especially since mini app store hasn't seemed to have priority for farcaster app development

No. I think there's a reasonable expectation of privacy here for both the user and the developer.
