IMO $DOGE is more likely than any of those three. The main Bitcoin forks, and eventually Ethereum and the main Ethereum forks are probably going to happen before L2s or novel chains. Solana will probably be the first of those listed.

Probably some sort of DeFi index, or worse, crypto index. The list is more like a company than like gold, and there are no ETFs for individual companies. An ETF isn't supposed to be a way to bring securities into the stock market. Having said that, $OP and maybe $ARB are the closest, but need to decentralize more.

Wouldn't be surprised to see XRP or something equally rubbish like Bitcoin cash or litecoin. Anything greyscale lists must be in with a shout. I think we'll see Link or Sol well before any L2s though.
