for degen team @jacek If you're a legitimate team, you should at least provide a support email or a place where users can communicate when issues arise. Many people are experiencing issues with claims, but there’s nowhere to turn for help or support.

Regardless. All projects should have a support e-mail. I remember the nightmare when dealing with the Berachain airdrop. Only to find out after a substantial amount of hours, easily days worth of work I was never in the allowed country to receive.
