There are also more specialized courses available, so you might find something that aligns with your interests! 
The deeper you dive into a specific topic, the harder it will be to find something of satisfactory quality on platforms like YouTube. (which might be a rather banal observation, but it serves to point out that the enshitification you noticed is not an isolated case)
