Absolutely, loved the community and vibes they’d built with @callmelatasha. It’s crazy how everyone’s so focused on marketers, but we don’t realise most companies letting go of community managers did this. No one cares about community, listens, or iterates anymore and that’s probably why we’re so fucked.
