In today’s episode of weird things I add to my eggs, I introduce you to doenjang. Honestly, I still don’t really know the difference between gochujang and doenjang except that one’s spicier and the other’s funkier. I usually fry some onions, chillies and garlic in a little butter, then add a spoonful of gochujang paste. If I’m feeling extra, I’ll throw in some hot chilli paste too especially while using doenjang. And then you’ll end up with this amazing, umami rich omelette that also gets a protein boost from all the soy in the sauces. What are some things you do to make your eggs taste better? 🤎✨
