never been that great at dips but apparently they are the other half of a bar muscle up soooo (don’t ask me why i chose to work out in sweatpants on only the hottest day of the year so far)

Buy the dip. Your form looks good. In high school I was on the wrestling team. We always wore sweatpants to make weight. Hard to believe I was in the 126 weight class.

was a runner who moonlighted as a wrestler in the winter months in high school, 152 weight class here 👋 and @geoffgolberg might have been 140 in high school, iirc?

I did know abt Geoff being a wrestler. Some that endeared me to him early on. Have you ever seen the movie “Vision Quest” with Matthew Modine? Or how about “Take Down” with Edward Herrmann?
