ever since i started this new routine, not only am i sleeping better, i’m dreaming again (which almost never happened before 😅) here’s what’s working for me lately: – up at 7am – 1hr fasted functional training – 30min walk to the hub (and back) – no laptop after dinner 🤯 – bed around midnight still adjusting, but the impact on focus + sleep has been wild 🧠💤
