I think an experimentation culture is more useful for a company that has PMF than one without it Reason being: when you have a cash flywheel, you can start taking more bets and hedge in order to find the next one This isn’t to say that pre-PMF companies shouldn’t experiment — they should, but within narrower bounds of conviction

Exactly, or iterate into oblivion If you're in the wild west, you *must* pick where you're headed If you're in a developed city, feel free to try new things, you have baseline safety and direction
