Tell me where my thinking is wrong: 

Lowering issuance curve + restaking could kill LSTs

If issuance is low enough LST yield (solely from issuance) won't outweigh governance + smart contract + centralization risks. Restaking offers yield LSTs won't touch. Solo staking is still attractive because MEV + restaking yield

So do you expect the TVL to shift from the likes of Lido (pure LSTs) to the likes of ether.fi (embedded restaking)?

My concern is also about MEV getting burnt in the future, and solo staking becoming even less appealing, whether it’s against LSTs right now or LRTs going forward

That's an extremely fair concern. Which is why EigenLayer excites me, solo staking becomes a lot more appealing when you can also opt into AVSs
