The top 1% of users saying they'll definitely buy Pro gets a lot of visibility & traction on feeds by virtue of the users being popular accounts. But I wonder how prevalent this opinion actually is... 🤔

I'm still on the fence about getting Pro. What about you?

I read that the Pro subscription won't boost your reach/distribution. The NFT doesn't provide anything extra either.

With that said, I feel like we're either paying to support or to have the appearance of the badge imo but I can see how the appearance of the badge could attract more engagement from others.

For me, it's tempting because I want to support and also, let's be real we're all kinda weak to badges 😂

Yes, that's true... I did see that but, I was kinda like meh, not sure how much that plays a role in deciding to pay for Pro sub lol.

Farcaster AI? 👀 

I'm debating doing it to support but not sure I can sustain it in the long run. I'm not really a sub person in general. The times it's not appealing to me is when I can make that sub money back with the service somehow and then use that to continue the subscription.

Aside that there is also the ability to post 4 pictures at once and lord text in casts I guess

Yeah, I think I'm in a similar mindset as you are about things. Pro is something FC says is to support rewarding others, as all the fees go towards the rewards program.

There is a Pro badge too, that does seem like only a vanity title right now. Won't be as time goes on though, I'd bet.
