The tattoo is semi-colon. If you read up on project semicolon it was a big movement on mental health and awareness. Been there for years when I was in a different stage of life.

Yes kind of and also in general deep breathing is beautiful. Works also perfectly with what you want to feel and how you want to regulate your energy.

This is a Pranayama technique, right?
Take a deep breath three times, then exhale slowly.
