FYI — we removed Top Casters in channels. 

Not a protocol feature since easily gamed. 

May revisit a new implementation that works well for the protocol.

Personally loved that feature and it also inspired a lot of people to be active in channels they love to be active in with kind of an intangible incentive or sometimes tangible. But if you decided to take it off due to it being able to be gamified, I am sure something better is coming in replacement to that. :)

I agree with the first part. 

Tbh have tips to incentivize users is quite a similar incentivization culture for the overall platform.
