If my mind is crowded thinking about if I should - build a feature, do a blog post, etc. - the one question I ask myself is “will this feature/blog post/product alone convince more people to give me money?” 

more = reaching more folks + amassing more $$$ from new and existing

If the answer is no I don’t do it

I believe in the principle of giving value before expecting anything in return. Eventually, when the value you've offered reaches its peak, opportunities for receiving will naturally arise. 1/2
