I love when Dr Andrew Huberman (of Huberman Lab) says “It’s really not that complicated” on a podcast & then goes into what sounds like technical-neurological-bio-cell-science-word salad to me 😆

It really is! I never knew that post project drop is bc of dopamine.. or why I, as someone w adhd, have such a hard time w certain things.. like I knew it was ‘bc adhd’ but not *why* it was..

I’m not about to take freezing cold showers or anything but understanding more about making the process the reward makes me realize part of why the type of artist I am makes me feel so good, even in the frustrating times, and how all of it works w my dopamine levels..  and who knows.. maybe I’ll get into cold showers at some point too 😳
