FRIDAY FEELS

It’s Thanksgiving which means it’s time to say what we are thankful for in our lives.

I am thankful to have a loving and supportive family. Growing up I was surrounded by love. I couldn’t even understand how people could end up homeless as I had so many aunties, uncles, cousins etc who would look after me if god forbid something had happened to my parents. It’s only now that I’m older that I realise how privileged I am. I’m also thankful to have met so many of you who I consider my web3 family.

I’m most thankful for my husband’s 27 months of sobriety. I’m grateful that we were able to get away with just our kids for Thanksgiving, as we continue to work on healing some wounds in our family relationships. 

I’m also thankful for all the wonderful people I’ve met in this space. I consider myself blessed to now have friends all across the globe.
