i have overcome many challenges in my life, but the ability to end a phone conversation with my mother still eludes me. i often just have to say "i'm hanging up now" because she would literally make me late for a meeting with a head of state if i didn't abruptly force the conversation to end 🫠 anyway, mom, this is why i don't call you more.

same here but i always call my mom on weekends even thought it takes hours and we always talk about the same things
