How many pounds do you harvest per week?

Each tent will produce about 25 pounds per tent per week. That fluctuates a lot depending on what stage of the lifecycle the mushroom bags are in.

Restaurants are craving for locally sourced high end produce. I’m in UK and sell mostly to restaurants in the Herefordshire/Shropshire area. I change tents around depending on what I need/am growing at the time.
