Early detection of cancer is the best way to get a “cure” yet routine cancer testing isn’t done (yet) despite non-evasive tools being available with liquid biopsies.

Looks like this may be changing, instead of treating metastatic disease (a losing battle) we should be curing early disease.

Metastatic disease almost always comes back, just a matter of time.

If you can catch it early enough to resect the primary tumor before metastases, you are typically in the clear.
