Ever feel like youāre not good enough, even when youāre seeing results? Thatās imposter syndrome, and we all go through it at some point. Iāve felt it, especially lately as Iāve been building something of my own. How do you handle it when it shows up? Personally, I try to remind myself of what Iāve already accomplished and how much more I want to do. Letās use the topic of the day to talk about ways you can push past self doubt and deal with imposter syndrome.

I felt imposter syndrome so much during grad school and soon after. Once I realized what I was doing was respected by others it went away but it took years! Itās all mental, everyone was an imposter when they first were starting, even experts.

I feel it a lot with success cause Iāve never been into social media, Iāve never been in a large community (let alone run one), and especially when I hear criticism. All things Iām trying to get better atāhence this thread. :)

That makes sense, the /data speaks for itself. Iām the same way, not into social media but I DGAF what anyone thinks of me and that has served me well. Haters gonna hate, just do you and itās clearly working.

Well I definitely do have that going for me. I donāt GAF what anyone thinks of me, but I do want people to find value in what I offer. Kind of a weird line to walk.
