I'm currently developing T-Cell Engagers for solid tumors. They are "eat me" signals that attach to cancer cells kill them. It is a very simple concept but can easily kill someone if they bind to normal cells. We make T-Cell Engagers that are inactive until they get to the tumor, reducing toxicity.

Almost all solid tumors, just need to have the target expressed on the tumor cell surface

Would this treatment be effective for all stage of cancer or would it be less effective once you reach a certain stage? Both my parents found they had cancer at stage 4 and it was too late for most treatments to be effective for them and they passed away. Hence my interest in cancer treatments.

Hard to know, most treatments are more effective to lower stages but currently weโ€™re getting patients enrolled on the trials that have been on 5-10 prior treatments.
