I'm out of the loop on Moxie but do you mean you can get shadow banned by Warpcast for sending tips that don't get engagement?

Can't help but worry that such a policy will also succeed in keeping Farcaster a small, isolated ecosystem. New users simply aren't going to jump through these constantly shifting hoops.

Am I - and others like me - at risk of being shadow-banned for using the allowances that we bought for their intended purpose of tipping/gifting creators, friends, and those in need?

Yes, but...

if you use tips (which are in these cases often not covered by allowance) to get more attention from people who you otherwise never engage with and who are not following you. That is the mechanism that spammers and farmers use.

So, if you tip your friends or creators that you follow, who follow you or you otherwise interact with, there's little chance you get marked as spammer.

The spammers and farmers are not contributing to a good experience here, so they should not benefit from projects that try to reward 'quality' content.
